Id\u00e9alement situ\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e de Nancroix, ce projet de r\u00e9habilitation lourde a pour objectif de proposer des logements au standing de conforts actuels dans un b\u00e2timent existant de grande \u00e9chelle. L’op\u00e9ration a permis de m\u00e9tamorphoser un ancien centre de vacances en un ensemble r\u00e9sidentiel harmonieux.
\nLe parti architectural s’articule autour de la transformation du b\u00e2timent principal en neuf logements collectifs, compl\u00e9t\u00e9 par la cr\u00e9ation de trois chalets individuels. Pour a\u00e9rer la parcelle et optimiser le b\u00e2ti existant, certaines annexes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9molies tandis que d’autres ont \u00e9t\u00e9 sur\u00e9lev\u00e9es ou r\u00e9habilit\u00e9es pour donner naissance \u00e0 ces habitations ind\u00e9pendantes. L\u2019intention principal du projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 de tirer parti de la grande \u00e9chelle du b\u00e2timent principal pour le transformer en logement collectif tout en repensant compl\u00e9tement son esth\u00e9tique ext\u00e9rieur, impact visuel dans son environnement et son am\u00e9nagement int\u00e9rieur afin de lui conf\u00e9rer une nouvel identit\u00e9 propre \u00e0 son nouvel usage.
\nLe projet associe la pierre de pays en soubassement, un enduit rustique beige clair et un jeu de bardages clairs en chablis horizontal et vertical. Chaque logement poss\u00e8de un espace ext\u00e9rieur privatif. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
