Une nouvelle attestation RE2020 sera donc \u00e0 d\u00e9poser en pi\u00e8ce des permis de construire pour les d\u00e9p\u00f4t \u00e0 partir du 1er janvier. Dans un premier temps pour les logements puis en juillet pour le tertiaire.<br>Son enjeu majeur est de diminuer significativement les \u00e9missions de carbone du b\u00e2timent.
